Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Stellar Estates (“Stellar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly.
We aim to keep this notice plainly worded and accurate. If anything is unclear, contact us at stela@braintrust.bg.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Similar technologies — such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags — can serve comparable purposes and are referred to collectively in this policy as “cookies.”
Cookies are typically categorised as:
- Strictly necessary — required for the website to function (e.g. security, session continuity).
- Functional — remember choices you make (language, layout preferences).
- Analytics & performance — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- Advertising & targeting — used to deliver advertising relevant to you, often set by third parties.
3. Cookies We Currently Use
As of the date above, this website does not set any cookies of its own. We do not run analytics, advertising, or remarketing tags, and we do not use cookies to identify or profile visitors.
Specifically:
- Web fonts are self-hosted through Next.js and do not place cookies on your device.
- Smooth-scrolling, animations, and image rendering run entirely in your browser and do not persist any data.
- The contact form on this site submits inquiries by email and does not store cookies. The personal data you provide in the form (name, email address, message) is processed under our Privacy Policy.
If this changes — for example, if we introduce analytics or interactive embeds — we will update this policy and, where legally required, request your consent before non-essential cookies are set.
4. Third-Party Services and Embeds
The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel Inc. In ordinary operation Vercel does not place tracking cookies on production visits; however, on preview and authenticated deployments Vercel may set short-lived technical cookies (e.g. __vercel_live_token) to manage that deployment’s access. These are not used for analytics or advertising.
If we add third-party services in the future — for example a map provider, a video embed, or an analytics service — those providers may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. We will list any such services here when they are introduced.
5. Your Choices and Controls
Because this site currently sets no cookies of its own, there is nothing for you to opt out of at the moment. Should that change, you will be able to make and revisit your choices from this page or from any in-page consent banner we deploy.
Regardless of what this site does, you can always:
- Block or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Help is available from your browser’s documentation (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Arc, etc.).
- Use private or incognito browsing modes, which generally discard cookies at the end of the session.
- Adjust the “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signals your browser sends, which responsible services should honour.
Blocking all cookies may break parts of websites that rely on cookies for normal operation. To our knowledge, this site continues to function fully with cookies disabled.
6. Legal Basis (EEA and UK Visitors)
Where you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable rules, we rely on the following legal bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive:
- Consent — for any non-essential cookies. As of today no such cookies are in use, so no consent is collected.
- Legitimate interests — for strictly necessary technical cookies that may be set by the hosting platform during deployment operations.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our service providers, or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes — particularly ones that introduce non-essential cookies — we will use reasonable means to notify you in advance.
